Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Assistant Executive, Business Development (Corporate Sales) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our travel services in the field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, and must be willing to travel within Dhaka and surrounding areas for client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and direct client engagement.
Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to network and represent the company.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare compelling business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
Maintain and update a CRM/database of potential and existing clients.
Promote the company’s services by effectively addressing and forecasting client objectives.
Ensure all client contracts adhere to legal and organizational guidelines.
Provide timely follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales support to maintain trust and customer retention.
Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing or any discipline from a recognized institution.
A valid driving license is preferred.
Having a personal motorbike will be considered a strong advantage.
Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
Minimum 01 Year experience in Corporate Sales.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
English Medium/Version Students will get an Advantage.
Graduates from IUB, NSU, BRAC, EWU, AUST & AIUB will get advantage.
