Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Strategic & winning digital marketing plan development.
Drive traffic to company pages to websites.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI calculation.
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budgets, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Perform keyword research and develop strategies to improve search engine visibility.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Monitor social media trends and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
Email Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including the design, content, segmentation, and analysis of email performance.
Develop strategies to grow the email subscriber list and improve email engagement rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
Analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
Develop and test ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
Collaboration:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in a cross-functional team environment. This role requires collaboration with various departments within the organization to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with company goals.
