Responsibilities & Context:
Engage with Business/Department Heads and provide strategic and financial insights for desired business result achievement.
Support the preparation of SBU KPIs, align the strategic & long-term goals with the action plans, review and monitor the achievements against the set KPIs and engage management for remedial measures.
Perform Profitability, Budget, Costing and Inventory related analysis to formulate business strategies.
Initiate, conduct and drive research and feasibility studies for new business projects.
Prepare and circulate the Monthly Management Report.
Support the service departments to eradicate challenges and identify improvement opportunities across all business units.
