Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounts
∎ CA / CC & Knowledge level/ CMA (Level - Intermediate)
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, Excellent communication skill, self motivation, Team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excel Expert, Finance/ Accounts, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preparation and posting of all kind of day to day Approval Notes, Journals, adjustments and closing entries.
∎ Maintain and ensure reconciliation of General Ledgers & subsidiary accounts.
∎ Ensure accrual and provision are properly maintained and reconciled.
∎ Preparation of Interim and Periodic full set of Financial Statements for different stakeholders i.e. Banks, Credit rating, External & Internal Audit and Management as well.
∎ Assist in preparation of Budget and different financial analysis.
∎ Ensure Product, Service and Project wise Cost & profitability analysis.
∎ Supervise financial documentation and data archiving system.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with SCM/Inventory and operation to ensure the internal control are in standard level while Party management and to ensure cost recognition.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with Revenue Assurance & Treasury function to ensure standard internal control in fund & disbursement and Receivable management.
∎ Check and ensure that Payment Process are accurate and are properly authorized including Internal Audit.
∎ Ensure compliance in Taxation i.e. Sales VAT/ AIT, withholding TAX/ VAT as well as Corporate Taxation.
∎ To verify the accuracy of records and internal control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth strong ISP business awareness.
∎ Financial standards and compliance and capacity for innovation are mandatory.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.
Salary: Negotiable
