Where have 1/3/7/15/30 days, monthly, quarterly and yearly packages from economy to VIP bedding system with AC room, 3 times meal (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) & 30+ facility included.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research to find out the building for new branch of Super Home;
∎ Make plan for visit the building, Negotiate with land owner and make sure landowner willing to agree to rent his building as residential not commercial;
∎ Make survey about the price of residential flats for a certain areas;
∎ Price quotation hand over to building owner and keep all landowner in touch & follow up them;
∎ Managing & maintain all formalities for the signing ceremony;
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ English speaking fluency must be needed.
∎ Must have strong convincing negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
