• Assist the Bonding Head in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sewing and bonding production plans based on shipment schedules and capacity.

• Allocate manpower, machines, and lines efficiently to achieve production targets.

• Ensure balanced line layout and smooth work flow to optimize efficiency.

• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure timely completion of orders.

• Coordinate with Cutting, Finishing, and Quality teams for smooth production flow.

• Supervise and monitor bonding process (Tape laydown & Folding Process, Heat-Press, Ultrasonic Welding, Lamination, Laser Cutting, Dies Cutting) to ensure product quality meets buyer specifications.

• Ensure proper handling of bonding machines (e.g., Macpi /H&H /J&C bonding units).

• Maintain bonding machine calibration and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

• Supervise daily operations in sewing lines, ensuring efficiency and quality output.

• Implement line balancing techniques to minimize bottlenecks and improve productivity.

• Conduct hourly production follow-up and take corrective actions for shortfalls.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each style and operation.

• Support the development of new styles, ensuring proper operator training before bulk production.

• Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain AQL standards throughout production.

• Ensure operators understand style specifications, critical points, and quality checkpoints.

• Support pre-production meetings to review technical packs and approve sewing/bonding samples.

• Continuously monitor line efficiency, output per operator, and machine utilization.

• Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team in time study, SMV analysis, and manpower calculation.

• Supervise supervisors, line chiefs, and operators under assigned lines.

• Maintain and submit daily production reports (output, efficiency, rejection rate, downtime).

• Alling with the sales team & process bonding tape order for the bulk.
