Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Chief Coordinator in managing the enrolment process, implementing training and assessment successfully
∎ Ensure promotional activities such as advertisement, community meeting, miking etc. to attract trainees in the program
∎ Organize enrolment process which include written and viva-voce, aptitude test to recruit appropriate trainees
∎ Monitor training and providing feedback to the Chief Coordinator
∎ Organize assessment for trainees from each batch and engaging appropriate industry assessors to conduct assessment successfully
∎ Prepare training plan, design and develop training programs, organize training courses and ensure participation of trainees and monitor the quality of the training courses as per the Business Plan
∎ Search for demand-based training opportunities for the trainees and provide necessary information and guidance for self-employment as well as job creation after the training course
∎ Conduct needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
∎ during the training course
∎ Design, prepare, revise training materials including training modules
∎ Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize pre and post evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
∎ Take necessary measures for selecting the Training Service Providers (TSPs), expert trainers, training institutions, drafting TOR for the selected TSPs and trainers, and take necessary measures for assessment of the trainees by the external and qualified assessors
∎ Assist in developing monitoring tools for effectively monitoring training activities during the implementation of the program
∎ Monitor the training programs from selecting training participants, enrollment, certification and job placement and retention up to 3 months
∎ Keep records of training courses and monitoring tools and prepare monitoring reports of all activities
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Coordinator- Training, Monitoring & Assessment and the Chief Coordinator
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for extra ordinary candidate
∎ Sound knowledge and skills in IT are essential
Salary:
∎ Salary will be provided as per project budget.
No other facilities will be provided besides salary.
