Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the department Team Lead and Head in analyzing and preparing budgets for the organization’s projects, programs, and departments in detail, and assess all project interventions and investment activities.
∎ Prepare a unified budget variance report, and evaluate departmental SOPs, project concept notes, and proposals for budget preparation for all departments and programs of the SAJIDA Foundation.
∎ Monitor, evaluate, and finalize budgets, and assist all programs and operations in developing budgets. Assist in preparing various types of budgets for external stakeholders (donors/investors/banks), operational and departmental budgets, as well as investment analyses. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, cost estimates, and variance analysis reports.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to support in the evaluation and analysis of program budgets and prepare financial modeling, and risk assessment. Assist the Team Lead in providing quantitative and qualitative financial remarks and feedback for all programs for appropriate decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with relevant teams to compile and analyze financial data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for budget and fund allocation and investment decisions
∎ Contribute to the development and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and objectives.
∎ Help coordinate the evaluation of ongoing projects and initiatives, including performance tracking, impact assessment, and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Support in the preparation and presentation of investment proposals, business cases, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Participate in cross-functional teams and meetings to provide financial insights, contribute to strategic discussions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investments, budget control, and evaluation, and propose relevant process improvements.
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and databases related to investments, budgets, and evaluations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 2 – 3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budget analysis, or investment evaluation.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and make informed recommendations.
∎ Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
∎ Proactively identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the financial analysis and reporting functions.
∎ Knowledge of investment principles, financial modeling techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
∎ Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to investments and budget control.
∎ High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
