Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicants must have a Master’s degree, preferably in a Social Science or any other subject relevant to governance and development;
∎ Candidates with a 3rd Division/Class or a CGPA of less than 2.5 on a scale of 4 and 3 on a scale of 5 at any stage of academic life need not apply;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate project implementation with the support of Civic Engagement, Research & Policy, Outreach & Communication, Finance & Administration divisions and respective units;
∎ Prepare periodic plans of work, review and progress reports, and compile good practice documentation in both Bangla and English;
∎ Prepare and manage activity budget in line with project plan;
∎ Contribute to developing research concept, methodology, tools, techniques and processes of data collection on tackling COVID-19 and vaccination;
∎ Maintain effective communication with all respective divisions and units for effective project implementation;
∎ Design campaign activities and develop campaign material to make citizens to aware of their right to get vaccinated for tackling COVID-19;
∎ Prepare note, Purchase Requisition (PR) and any other required document as per project need;
∎ Conduct monitoring on project activities to ensure effective execution and optimum level of quality;
∎ Communicate and coordinate with Cluster based and district/subdistrict- based colleagues when and as required for effective project implementation;
∎ Organize and facilitate training with citizens for effective community monitoring on tackling COVID-19 and vaccination;
∎ Maintain close connection with field based colleagues to conduct community monitoring on tackling COVID-19 and vaccination;
∎ Collect and preserve all sorts of data/information related to project;
∎ Prepare reports and/or contribute to report writing in Bangla and English;
∎ Ensure regular and updated documentation and produce reports in line with project monitoring and learning;
∎ Perform any other duties as and when necessary as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Candidates with sound understanding of anti-corruption social movement and knowledge/experience in community monitoring will be given preference;
∎ The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with people of diverse age-groups and from various social, economic and professional backgrounds;
∎ Experience in an anti-corruption/governance-related organization will be an added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Grade - 6, Step - 8, Gross Salary: 83,990 per month (consolidated)
