M. Com/ B. Com from reputed university/ College (academic qualification is flexible for the experienced candidate)

Capable of preparing budgets and financial reports
Knowledge of current VAT & Tax system
Strong and proficient in use of MS office and Excel and good commend in both typing in Bangla and English.
Understand development issues
He/She Should be honest & reliable, sincere and dedicated towards work.
Bangladesh Society for the Change and Advocacy Nexus (B-SCAN) is a women-led Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) that has been advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities since 2009. The organization works to promote universal accessibility, inclusive education, accessible transportation, and employment opportunities. In addition, B-SCAN engages in various advocacy efforts in collaboration with government and non-government organizations to uphold and establish the rights of all citizens. To achieve this, we conduct internships aimed at enhancing employment opportunities, provide capacity-building programs, and offer entrepreneurship training.

Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain & prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, and provide monthly, quarterly, annual accounts related to all necessary financial reports.
Maintain day-to-day accounting operations.
Expertise in Tally Software.
Act as a focal person for NGO-Affairs Bureau communicating activities including report submission, audit conduction and fund clearance.
Ensure that all staff contracts are up to date.
Maintain up-to-date HR files, including leave and sick records.
Maintain a filing system in the office.
Carry out VAT & TAX related Activities.

Any other responsibilities such as when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
