Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC pass.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangla Food, BBQ/ Kabab, Chinese food, Continental food, Indian food, Thai Food
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge in preparing all kinds of Bangla, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Continental food and Kabab items.
∎ Must have knowledge on Barbeque, Grill and Steak items.
∎ Prepare authentic Thai/Chinese/Continental Food and Kabab items.
∎ Knowledge of various types of Soups, appetizer, salad or Main course items.
∎ The duties includes preparation of cooking, creating and developing all types of dishes from the menu using traditional/modern techniques, fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending for added menu variety.
∎ Will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within the kitchen.
∎ Must always wear the uniform, Gloves, Cap given by the company during working hours.
∎ Proper knowledge about food portion/serving size and recipe.
∎ Must have understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
∎ Inform on a daily basis to the Chef on all relevant information on operational and personal matters.
∎ Check all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards.
∎ Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
∎ Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
∎ Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the section and properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
∎ Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good cooking skills.
∎ Well groomed and healthy.
∎ Excellent service mind & well team work.
∎ Sincere, Honest, Strong & Have hard working ability.
∎ Experienced in Local or International hotel / Restaurant
∎ Academic background in relevant subject will get additional preference
∎ Able to create Menu and pricing for newly opened restaurants.
∎ Knowledge about hygiene and waste management.
∎ Process the vegetables, flesh, fish etc. efficiently and preserve appropriately.
∎ To have knowledge on making of various sause and preservation.
∎ Multi-Cuisine experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
