Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be a CA or CFA (preferably full, or advanced level with senior-level experience).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full ownership of accounting, finance, reporting, and compliance.
∎ Evaluate internal control risks, both organization-wide, and by projects, departments, and functional areas.
∎ Develop a comprehensive internal audit system.
∎ Review payroll preparation and oversee disbursement.
∎ Prepare and file company and directors personal taxes, prepare work papers for foreign tax jurisdictions.
∎ Advise Directors and Group CFO on financial matters, process improvements, risk, cost savings, taxation and regulatory compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 years of solid experience with a reputable CA firm or organization with demonstrable leadership and experience.
∎ Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
∎ High proficiency in English is a must, as candidate will closely interact with foreign branches, draft SOPs, in charge of high level internal and external communication, etc.
∎ This is a WFO (WFO) position with some district-level travels.
