Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of accounting, finance, reporting, and compliance.
Evaluate and mitigate internal control risks across departments, projects, and functions.
Design and implement a robust internal audit framework.
Oversee payroll preparation and disbursement processes.
Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns, including documentation for foreign tax jurisdictions.
Advise senior leadership on financial strategy, process optimization, cost control, taxation, and regulatory matters.
