• 5–10 years of proven leadership in a reputable CA firm or corporate finance environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves high-level internal and external communication, SOP drafting, and coordination with international branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of accounting, finance, reporting, and compliance.

• Evaluate and mitigate internal control risks across departments, projects, and functions.

• Design and implement a robust internal audit framework.

• Oversee payroll preparation and disbursement processes.

• Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns, including documentation for foreign tax jurisdictions.

• Advise senior leadership on financial strategy, process optimization, cost control, taxation, and regulatory matters.
