∎ MBA/BBA (Major in Marketing) from a reputed institution (preferred but not limited to)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Makes sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy and increase sales target.
∎ To identify new business prospects, sponsorship, and potential business deal.
∎ Preparing sales projections, developing strategies to achieve branch sales targets and motivating branch employees to optimize sales performance.
∎ Regular training or counselling branch employees to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Planning & implementation of different types of activation.
∎ Making promotional and cross-marketing deals with Banks, MNCs as well as other consumer brands.
∎ Preparing marketing strategies and implementing those strategies as per the company’s requirements.
∎ Preparing business proposals and presentations for the business partners and agencies as per their requirements.
∎ Report about Monthly or Yearly target vs achievement.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint.
∎ Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work independently and desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
