Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project implementation at union level;
∎ Maintained regular communication with union parishad, local level administration, NGOs and stakeholders.
∎ Prepare periodical reports, case stories and documentation.
∎ Maintaining books of accounts (cash book, ledger, cheque register, stock register, VAT & Tax register and salary register etc.)
∎ Preparing debit voucher, credit voucher, journal voucher
∎ Prepare periodical financial statement (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
∎ Payment of bills, invoice and salaries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Development Sector and local Government Structures.
∎ Training and meeting facilitation skill is pre-requisite for the position
∎ At least 2 years experience of field level development work, Knowledge of NGO and Computer literacy is required
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The job is based in Kawkhali Upazila, Pirojpur District and Pirgacha Upazila in Rangpur District. Travel is required at union level.
∎ Able to ride Motorbike and must have valid license (not mandatory for female candidate)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly festival allowance equal to one month salary. Other benefits as per organizational policy.
