∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain updated records.
∎ Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts for easy retrieval.
∎ Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Provide data and reports to senior accountants and finance managers as required.
∎ Prepare documentation and assist in both internal and external audits.
∎ Ensure that all required documents and records are available for audit purposes.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting documentation and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department to achieve common goals.
∎ Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders professionally and effectively.
∎ Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry trends.
∎ Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
