Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring timely payment of all bills, Petty Cash & Advances.
Checking of expenses, incentives & all types of bills before preparation of payment voucher as per check list for clean bill.
Preparation of Bills payable business wise RM/PM/FG purchase before payment.
Tax & VAT deduction from supplier & others bills as per Govt. Rules & maintaining TDS register.
Ensuring VAT rebate taken General Ledger as per Govt. Rules.
Ensuring proper booking of all expenses in the proper code after analyzing such expenses.
Reconciliation of Bank, advance, other provision, VAT C/A.
