• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• Post-Graduation/ Graduation in Accounting/ Finance from reputed institution.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Strong analytical ability.

• Proficient in MS Office package specially in MS Excel.

• Good communication & interpersonal skill.

• Ensuring timely payment of all bills, Petty Cash & Advances.

• Checking of expenses, incentives & all types of bills before preparation of payment voucher as per check list for clean bill.

• Preparation of Bills payable business wise RM/PM/FG purchase before payment.

• Tax & VAT deduction from supplier & others bills as per Govt. Rules & maintaining TDS register.

• Ensuring VAT rebate taken General Ledger as per Govt. Rules.

• Ensuring proper booking of all expenses in the proper code after analyzing such expenses.

• Reconciliation of Bank, advance, other provision, VAT C/A.
