Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
∎ Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.
∎ Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. to provide advice.
∎ Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
∎ Manages banking reconciliations and monthly balance sheet statements.
∎ Prepare Budget: weekly, monthly and annual.
