∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 6 years experience in large scale knit composite garments industries.
∎ Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail and Internet operation.
∎ Candidate living near Narayanganj will be added as advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% honest in all aspects.
∎ Must have enough experience to handle knit dye house machineries maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience in circular knit and various utility management of knit garments, printing etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and practice of updated technology and cost controlling technique.
∎ Sound knowledge of Effluent Treatment plant management and experience on solar plant management will gate added advantage.
∎ Experience in new project management, development, and execution.
∎ Responsible for the proper preventive maintenance of all machines to avoid breakdown of maintenance.
∎ To ensure that all safety measures are taken to ensure the safe operations of the machines and people working on the machines are safe.
∎ Responsible to monitor all electrical connection and load distribution under sharp periodical observation and to take immediate initiatives if there is any possibility of risk.
∎ Sound Knowledge on estimating, budgeting for electromechanical items, machineries as well as project.
∎ Keep a proper register of the maintenance work under the head of each machine.
∎ Ensure that spares are considered to take special care and keep up-to-date information of replacing spares.
∎ Responsible that factory is not storing spares excessively and ensures the correct estimate of spares requirement.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of every machine's around, inside, and outside.
∎ Make the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly maintenance schedule and confirm their execution.
∎ Sound knowledge of compliance issues and responsibility for all electrical & mechanical installation according to compliance requirement.
∎ Sound knowledge on knit composite machineries erection and installation.
∎ Should have knowledge of boiler, generator substation maintenance.
∎ Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.
