Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive order plan and order sheet from the planning or senior authorities;
∎ Prepare the plan weekly, monthly as per the delivery;
∎ Receive material status against each order and will monitor progress of material received;
∎ Receive approved sample, swatch card against order sheet;To ensures that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output;
∎ Need to maintain the DHU below 5%;Provides job assignment to supervisors and other subordinates;
∎ Ensure that all work stations are properly illuminated;
∎ Arrange for continuous training of Assistant operator to Operator;Coordinate with all department;
∎ Ensure per-production sample prepared and compared with the original approved sample;
∎ Ensure to pursue right works, quality and maintenance standard;
∎ Ensure all materials are organized at each stage of processing;
∎ Ensure congenial atmosphere exists in the floor;
∎ Makes right evaluation of performance of his subordinates;
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all the activities in the floor;
∎ Need to monitor the maximum utilization;As a leader he inspires unites employees for better works, better motivation;
∎ Ensures that all the machineries are equipped with protective devices;
∎ Organize per-production meeting of per-production activities to discuss relate issues;
∎ Monitor progress of production against production plan;
∎ Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor;Ensure workers safety and welfare;
∎ Makes best efforts to create congenial work environment what is called "win-win situation"Need to monitor the excess shipment;Reduce the non-used manpower;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
