∎ Master’s/ Bachelor's in Business Studies or any other discipline.
∎ Experience In Ice-Cream Industry Will get additional preference. (Educational qualification may be considered for the deserving candidate).

∎ Age not more than 40 years.

∎ Driving License on motorcycle / Light vehicle is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):·         Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Market, Dealer Management.
∎ Good understanding of geography and Bangladesh markets.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Good business sense.
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm .
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall monitoring sales & distribution of multiple Thana market.
∎ Ensure distribution and market visit in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Supervising & Guiding the Dsr’s to achieve the agreed sales and retail coverage.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and competitors info.
∎ To expand the business by maintaining relationship with the potential Dealer.
∎ To Increase the unit/item wise product sales.
∎ Ensure the monthly target through existing and adding new customers.
∎ Reporting Daily Product-wise Sales performance against the target.
∎ Ensure The Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly target sales.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Authority.
∎ Reporting to the National Sales Manager.
