Job Responsibilities:
∎ Around the company's strategy, the terminal team structure, personnel, and the number of front-line team members to plan and advance.
∎ Around VBA, supervise professional life cycle, a corresponding upgrade planning.
∎ Around the company's strategy, and the status quo team State company guidance, and development of annual and quarterly work plan for the terminal.
∎ Co-ordinate the promotion of training, staff development, event promotion, image promotion, and other related work carried out.
∎ Co-ordinate new products, and staff capacity building, to promote a sense of belonging in construction projects.
∎ To control the project plan, project progress, and implementation of quality.
∎ Responsible for a terminal team of recruitment, training, incentives, and employee career life cycle management.
∎ The curing behavior of the team responsible for the terminal and performance management, with periodic meetings, sharing meetings, and performance interviews.
∎ The ability of the team responsible for terminal promotion, regular training, and teaching communication.
∎ Watch the frontline sales team structure, develop management guidelines, and standardize management behavior;
∎ Understand the needs of the front-line team and improve team satisfaction.
∎ Targeted landing transformation projects for national programs provided by the company.
∎ Market information and projects to promote information feedback.
∎ Companies with other departments such as sales synchronize information, and policy negotiation, and work together to complete objectives.
∎ Aid with the resolution process, communication, and other issues.
∎ The sales data, data analysis, and other personnel management, to ensure that accurate and true.
∎ For data analysis, identify problems and formulate improvement plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good speaking and typing knowledge in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs.
∎ Ability to take work pressure.
∎ Frequently visit different area.
