Responsibilities & Context:
প্রতি মাসের কোম্পানীর বিক্রয় টার্গেট নির্ধারণ করা এবং তা অর্জন করা।
অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করে তা হেড অফিসে প্রদান করা।
বিক্রয়কর্মীদের সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য সহযোগিতা করা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক তৈরী ও বজায় রাখার জন্য নিয়মিত বাজার পরিদর্শনের পরিকল্পনা করা এবং বাস্তবায়ন করা।
বাজারের বর্তমান অবস্থান, পন্য বিক্রয় এবং গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ এর রেকর্ড রাখা।
অধিনস্ত বিক্রয় কর্মীদের পরিচালনা এবং মনিটর করা।
দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক কাজের অগ্রগতি এবং দলের কাজ সম্পর্কে ম্যানেজমেন্টের কাছে রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলা এবং তাদের সন্তুষ্টি রক্ষা করা।
