Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets for the hotel, restaurant, and cafeteria.
∎ Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, including setting performance targets, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the designated area.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to maximize sales and revenue.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement sales and marketing programs to support sales objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage budgets and expenses, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance to senior management.
