Job Context:
∎ Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for sales.
∎ Achieve sales targets.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned sales regions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your market role will be Regional Sales Manager . So, you need to uphold the following responsibilities.
∎ Need Cooking Oils Selling Experience
∎ Good Dealer Network Maintaining experience preferable
∎ Monitor and check the regular work and submit daily report to the supervisor/Manager
∎ Go on field visits to find out the feedback of the sellers and the buyers.
∎ Expand the marketing network of the assigned area.
∎ Plan, Organize, and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ Develop and implement sales operations in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of the product launching and promotional activities.
∎ Set up new & existing dealers and take sales & collection orders.
∎ Do the planning for sales targets for individual Dealers and Distributors.
∎ Set goals, Manage area-based sales targets, and Reach the targets for a particular area.
∎ Maintain customer services, customer relations and develop relations with dealers.
∎ Collect customer feedback and do regular market research with the objective to remain updated about the industry.
∎ Ensure fair communication from customer to management and management to customers.
∎ Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
∎ Keep up-to-date information on competitors' products.
∎ Minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
