Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Dealer Management, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ monitoring and analyzing target vs. Primary and secondary Sales figures regularly.
∎ Plan, developed, and increased market, customers, and route & numeric and weighted distributions.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Develop a strategic sales plan to increase sales volume for the brand and market
∎ Set annual brand and category sales goals in units
∎ Prepare sales reporting showing current sales volume and future potential sales
∎ Work closely with retailers and reps to obtain and process A/O and fill-in orders
∎ Attend and prepare detailed sales meetings, brand position, and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in the mobile phone industry.
∎ Speaking English is mandatory
∎ Good Communication and negotiation skills.
