∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Sales target for every shops and to follow up the succession and to give guidelines to other distributor's sales employees.
∎ Monitoring stocks and update out low stock situation and help area ASM to solve and plan further.
∎ To identify the shops category according to the guidelines and help to execute plans in the markets.
∎ To ensure the incentive receiving process category wise for all the shops aligned with sales area.
∎ To ensure activities for every channels and make proper report on it.
∎ Following up the presentation packages, positions, branding visibility and sales man presence for shops.
∎ Arrange 3 months meeting and follow up the other meetings as per schedule & category.
∎ Arrange and follow up every 3 months' category promotion and downgrade if needed.
∎ Follow smooth reporting process; Arrange, participate in weekly review meeting with all RSMs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill both in English and Bengali with good listening.
∎ Analytic skill and working ability with team.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially Excel for daily reporting.
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
∎ Flexibility in working hours
Salary: Negotiable
