Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee management of inside and outside sales reps to ensure the appropriate levels of distribution, sales & service are met.
∎ Maximize sales and provide a foundation for future growth for all brands under in the mobile field.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan to increase sales volume for the brand and market. Set annual brand and category sales goals in
∎ dollars and units. Prepare sales reporting showing current sales volume and future potential sales.
∎ Obtain and review monthly/seasonal pre-book sales orders for all brands.
∎ Work closely with retailers and reps to obtain and process A/O and fill-in orders.
∎ Review all accounts while working closely with A/R to insure accounts keep in good credit standing.
∎ Attend and prepare detailed sales meetings, brand position, and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
∎ Travel regularly to key accounts to evaluate brand performance and collect market share information.
∎ Interact with design departments and provide feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need Mobile Phone Industries Experienced.
∎ Minimum of 3 years working in a sales management position within the mobile industry
∎ Demonstrated success in growing a mobile brand presence and sales.
∎ Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with an integrated business smartphone.
∎ Demonstrated success in sales planning.
Salary: Negotiable
