Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting sales targets for individual Areas.
∎ Developing area sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
∎ Monitoring SO wise daily secondary sales, delivery and collection.
∎ Maintain and increase category-wise sales of the concerned territories and distributor-wise sales and performance.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve daily targets.
∎ Regular market visits with SO for coaching and developing them.
∎ Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems & opportunities and providing prompt solutions to the customer.
∎ Implement new product placement strategies and Implement all types of cost control and damage reduction strategies.
