To strengthen our field operations, we are looking for a competent and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for the Savar Area.

Position Overview:

The Area Sales Manager – Savar Area will be responsible for developing and executing area-specific sales strategies, dealer development, investment tracking, and ensuring smooth product lifting. This role is crucial for achieving area-wise sales targets, maintaining dealer relationships, and expanding market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by increasing market presence and product visibility in Savar Area.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers while ensuring proper investment and order flow.
  • Ensure timely lifting of products by dealers and monitor overall area-wise sales performance.
  • Track dealer investment and coordinate with finance for outstanding recovery and follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail activities and support team members.
  • Manage and coach the field sales team to meet individual and area-wide sales targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) for smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous area growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in area sales management or similar role, preferably in mobile industry.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience in handling data/reporting tools.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the Savar region.
