Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution, Sales Collection, Due payment collection of the company's products in assigned territory.
∎ Visit Motorcycle Garaz frequently all around assign area.
∎ Visit and follow up existing and new prospective customers on regular basis to enhance sales.
∎ Must Have to Have proper knowledge about Motorcycle Tyre & Tube.
∎ Have to visit Motorcycle manufacturing industries to sell Tyre.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales and other relevant targets of specified area/region of responsibility
∎ Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards with regards to Pirelli tyre
∎ Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target
∎ Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
∎ Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills which in-turn performance considerably
∎ Regular visit to all retailers, maintaining and increasing sales and other relevant targets of a specified area of responsibility.
∎ Setting sales targets and make a plan to achieve the target
∎ Keeping himself and team members up to date with products and competitors
∎ Taking lead in trade marketing activities and ensuring brand and product visibility in retail outlets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to visit Market with rout Plan, Need to have monthly sales Plan, rout plan, Also should have Sales Target. The candidate who wants to work in North Bengal, Dhaka, industrial segment and Automotive section are encouraged to apply.
∎ He has to spend 90% of work time in the Market.
∎ This is highly mobility functions job.
∎ Willingness to Travel frequently all over the assigned area ( inside and outside Dhaka).
∎ Have to visit frequently from one district to another district.
∎ Able to deal effectively, openly and positively
∎ Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
∎ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to show initiative
∎ Self-motivated, reliable and confident
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
∎ Competent to analyses the market situation, identify customer needs
∎ Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
∎ Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow the sales process
