Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate must have experience in mosquito coil and consumables marketing.
Smart sales team setup, distributor recruitment, monitoring and supervision.
Depote/Distributor hunting and set up. SO recruit & Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
To check and verify all team members sales reports (daily, weekly & monthly) and send them to higher authorities.
Collect market information and track competitor’s activities.
Must be efficient in solving market problems.
