Experience:
Identify, onboard, and grow institutional accounts (public & private sector), building a robust pipeline across segments.
Coordinate with Institutional Distributors/Wholesale partners for stock availability, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and documentation requirements (BIN, VAT, e-TIN, MUSHOK, etc., as applicable).
Plan and execute sampling, product demos, chef trials, HOD briefings, and activation programs in institutions.
Maintain accurate data in SFA/CRM/ERP (account master, contacts, contracts, orders, payments, activities).
Submit weekly/monthly reports: sales performance, pipeline, tender status, collections, competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, SCM, Finance, QA, and Legal for smooth execution
