Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B or sales, ideally within the Bakery, Food Ingredients, or HoReCa sector.

  • Good understanding of bakery production processes and product applications is an added advantage.

  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth across Bakery & HoReCa products such as cheese, premixes, dairy cream, toppings, and bakery ingredients.
  • Frequently visit commercial bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and hotels to promote and demonstrate the use of targeted products including bread & cake premix, yeast, glazes, sauces etc.
  • Understand specific client requirements and recommend tailored product solutions for product application and recipe development.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth product flow and delivery for bakery-focused SKUs.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on product performance, pricing trends, and competitor activities related to cheese, cream, and premix items.
  • Offer technical support, samples, and application guidance to new and existing clients in the bakery and HoReCa segment.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and visit logs, and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure post-sales support and foster long-term customer relationships within assigned territories.
