Experience:
Establish sales targets for the designated areas and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.
Set daily, weekly & monthly target of sales force.
Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.
Ensure jobs training for new and weak SO for helping to achieve target.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.
Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration·
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers·
Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales.
