Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish sales targets for the designated areas and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.
∎ Set daily, weekly & monthly target of sales force.
∎ Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.
∎ Ensure jobs training for new and weak SO for helping to achieve target.
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.
∎ Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration·
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers·
∎ Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
∎ Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales.
