Job Context:
∎ BD Thai Cosmo Ltd., (an ISO 9001:2008 certified company) was incorporated in 2012 with the most important slogan for the company "Let there be light ". This company mainly manufactures and markets LED Bulbs, LED Tube Lights, Piano Switch-Socket, Bakelite items, GLS, DIM Light etc BD thai Cosmo Ltd is now looking for some dynamic experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to increase it`s sales capacity.
∎ Job Location: Rangpur (Responsible for Rangpur division) /Cumilla (Responsible for Cumilla, Chadpur, Laxmipur, Feni districts)/ Khulna (Responsible for Khulna, Shatkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Norail districts)/ Chattagram (Responsible for Chattagram division)/ Faridpur (Responsible for Faridpur, Gopalgonj, Rajbari, Madaripur, Sariatpur districts)/ Mymansing (Responsible for Mymansing division)/ Barishal ((Responsible for Barishal division)/ Kushtia (Responsible for Kushtia, Meherpur, Chuadanga, Jhenaidah).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customer.
∎ Carryout responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales
∎ Have to monitor TSM(s) & Field Officer(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electrical items (LED Lamps, LED Tube, Electrical accessories).

Salary: Negotiable
