Job Context:
∎ Amana Food & Consumer Products ltd. is a company operating in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing sector, (FMCG). To support its growth we are looking for energetic, dynamic, hardworking and goal driven individuals for the following positions
∎ The Area Sales Manager (ASM) need to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target. Manage and maintain full route wise operations.
∎ Distribute Daily Sales target and acheive it. Able to communicate issues comprehensively with solutions
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
∎ To analyze manpower demand and leasion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
∎ Visit dealer point regularly. Ability to take up challenges, drive change and deliver on targets
∎ Open New Dealer Regularly
∎ Follow up previous Dealers
∎ Increase Dealer Sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ TA/DA, Incentive, Festival Bonus & Others facility will be as per comopany policy.
∎ as per company rule and sales strategy
