Responsibilities & Context:
- Setting sales targets for individual Areas.
- Developing area sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitoring SO wise daily secondary sales, delivery and collection.
- Maintain and increase category-wise sales of the concerned territories and distributor-wise sales and performance.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve daily targets.
- Regular market visits with SO for coaching and developing them.
- Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems & opportunities and providing prompt solutions to the customer.
- Implement new product placement strategies and Implement all types of cost control and damage reduction strategies.
