∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, retail Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Toiletries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to increase Sales of assigned area.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Excellent team player.
∎ Experienced candidates from any reputed FMCG, Food and Beverage industry are especially encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
