∎ Forecasting sales, meeting primary and secondary sales plans
∎ Driving Market development initiatives
∎ Ensuring the execution and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans.
∎ Managing Distributor's ROI
∎ Developing field force capability
∎ Ensuring Trade Promotions and Scheme execution
∎ Ensuring control over sales & reporting hygiene
∎ Supervising, managing and coaching a team of Pre-Sales Representatives (PSR)
∎
