∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team within the area.
∎ Ensure the product availability, at the outlets and do the merchandising regularity to ensure product visibility.
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities in consultation with the supervisor to boost sales and brand visibility.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily sales reports, stock levels, and market intelligence and submit to Sales Operations Manager (SOM).
∎ Provide training to the team members on product knowledge.
∎ Address retailer inquiries related to business or products promptly.
∎ Give marketing support, and promotional materials to retailers.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
∎ Gather and report market feedback to the Sales Operations Manager for product improvement and pricing strategies
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new retailers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and hard-working.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communication.
∎ Should have a valid motorcycle driving license.
