Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting the zone objectives for his area in consultation with the Regional Marketing Manager.
∎ Identify opportunities of his/her zone and consolidate these subsequently action plan required for grabbing these opportunities.
∎ Coach ANOs as per the guidelines from HO, need of the territory, detailing skills to ensure proper communication and execution of different strategies.
∎ Ensure business results from key contacts and key institutes by visiting them regularly alone or along with team member.
∎ Be in close contact with the concerned Sales Personnel for effective results in the market by starting his/her job from distributor's place.
∎ Must ensure proper implementation and review of different Projects .
∎ Keep close communication with distributors for a smooth primary invoicing.
∎ Arrange regular weekly/monthly meeting with his/her to review total operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
