Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline/ BBA/MBA in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new area/ Market Development
∎ Frequently field visit and meet dealers to make new sale.
∎ Must have quality to convince dealers / clients.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the Management.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target.
∎ Create data base of potential customer for new sale and follow up for new sale.
∎ Achieve annual sales target for specified area.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
∎ Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
∎ Sustains relationship with dealers and customers by making periodic visits.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Convince power to attract people, Customer Support Client Service, Good communication skills, highly pro-active, Positive mindset for fieldwork, Self-motivated, Target Oriented
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Excellent sales and negotiation skills, Leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ The candidate must have to know Motor Bike riding and must have valid driving license.
