∎ BBA or Masters/MBA in a reputed University/Institute;
∎ Must have Science Background in SSC and HSC

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure knowledge in Pharmacy Sales.
∎ Ability to supervise and develop a sales team in a regular basis to ensure the monthly sales achievement.
∎ Ensure and establish professionalism, productivity, performance and efficiency of all pharmacy staffs.
∎ Increase prescriptions to the indoor doctors by relationship Marketing.
∎ Attend assessment and analysis of staff training.
∎ Maintain depth observation of doctor's prescription habit.
∎ Maintain activities to increase pharmacy sales.
∎ Know the rules of DGDA and Pharmacy Council.
∎ Ensure knowledge on ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical suppliers, medical suppliers or drugs with a fair knowledge.
∎ Attend to sales administration related work within the given territory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products.
∎ Ability to manage large groups.
∎ Well organized
