Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science/ Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the branch offices assigned;
∎ He will be responsible to assist Branch Managers in smooth implementation of branch level activities;
∎ He will play the vital role in bringing discipline in groups, paying visit to borrowers, loan disbursement, preparation of loan demand, accumulation of different category of savings (i.e. general, special & safety savings), increase of loan outstanding and decrease of overdue etc.;
∎ He will be responsible to instruct respective Branch Managers in case of any fault and deviation in credit management;
∎ He will conduct field visit at least 18 days in a month;
∎ He will be responsible to give proper instruction to field level staffs for 100% loan realization;
∎ He will play vital role in making staff appraisal of the branch offices assigned as per service rule;
∎ He will attend the monthly coordination meeting at Head Office and will present the overall picture of the branch offices assigned;
∎ He will prepare field visit report and will arrange discussion at branch level on the field findings;
∎ He will be responsible to submit field visit as well as management report to Head Office;
∎ He will provide support to the Branch Managers in managing resources at branch level;
∎ He will be reportable to the Coordinator (MF) of the organization directly;
∎ Any other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have minimum 4 years of work experience as Regional Manager/Area Manager in managing 8-10 Branch Offices of any reputed micro finance organization;
∎ He should have skills in report writing;
∎ He should have skills in communication;
∎ He should have skills in MS-Office program (i.e. MS-Word, Excel & Power Point);
∎ He should have skills in driving motorcycle with valid driving license;
∎ He should have skills in supervision, monitoring and staff management efficiently.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 29875 (Monthly)
∎ He will be given monthly salary of Tk. 27,000/- during his probation period (3 months) starting from his joining.
