Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and supervise the activities of Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs) within the assigned area.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
∎ Conduct regular field visits with MPOs to assess performance and provide guidance.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
∎ Organize and oversee training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
∎ Ensure timely submission of reports, including sales, market analysis, and team performance evaluations.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to maximize area growth.
∎ Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Honors or equivalent); a Master’s degree is a priority.
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
