Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our Sales Department (Skin & Beauty Care, Derma Portfolio)

  1. Product Promotion and Sales

. Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

· Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

· Effectively communicate the benefits, usage, and advantages of products, backed by scientific data.

2. Customer Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including regular follow-ups.

· Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information.

· Gather feedback from HCPs about the products and services for continuous improvement.

3. Territory Management

· Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage.

· Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.

·Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and the ability to lead and work effectively with the assigned team.

Key Duties:

·        Develop and lead a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and career-focused sales team.

·        Maintain the highest level of team discipline to ensure quality product promotion to physicians.

.        Implement decisions from top management and promotional guidelines effectively in the field.

·        Achieve area sales targets by ensuring individual team member performance.

·        Review TA/DA bills, expenses, requisitions, and team reports, and forward them for timely approval.

·        Ensure optimal use of resources by each team member.

·        Evaluate team performance fairly and provide appropriate recognition and adjustments.

·        Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leading dermatologists in the assigned territory.
