Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement sales strategies aligned with the business goal.
∎ Achieve sales targets, analyze performance and take corrective actions.
∎ Ensure product availability and visibility. Monitor inventory control and damage control processes.
∎ Guide outlet manager and outlet staffs to improve performance, skills, and engagement.
∎ Foster a performance-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and customer service excellence.
∎ Ensure that all stores are fully compliant with local laws, health regulations, and company safety protocols.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, store operations, and staff performance.
∎ Act as a communication bridge between head office and outlet teams.
