Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple brand shops within the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
∎ Sales & Targets: Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals for products and accessories.
∎ Stock Management: Manage stock levels of products and accessories, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment to prevent shortages.
∎ Brand Shop Management: Oversee all aspects of brand shop operations, including shop appearance, hygiene, and adherence to company standards.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of shop managers and staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Project Management: Coordinate and implement projects related to brand shop enhancements, customer membership programs, and registration processes.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, including competitor brand product and accessory analysis.
∎ Terminal Management: Manage the terminal operations of brand shops, ensuring efficient and effective handling of transactions.
∎ Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all brand shops, addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.
∎ Brand Representation: Uphold and promote vivo's brand image, ensuring that brand shops adhere to corporate guidelines and standards.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales, inventory, market analysis, and operational performance to senior management, providing insights for improvement.

∎ Job Context:
∎ As the Area Brand Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple vivo brand shops within Dhaka North Region (Ashulia, Savar, Manikganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Tangail). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage and motivate store teams, drive sales performance, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a key player in executing vivo's retail strategy, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to the overall success of our brand in the market.
